Rycatea®'s tea measuring spoon is made from Japanese environmental Shima superba wood, a rare camellia family genus and species which is quite vigorous and solid. Each tea spoon of Rycatea®'s loose tea corresponds to 200ml of water. For Matcha tea, half a spoon should be enough for a delightful and invigorating experience.
