TUESDAY PROGRAMME: 07/30 : Madeleines assortment (vanilla, dipped in chocolate, or lemon zest) 08/06 : individual birthday cake, fondant, decoration 08/13 : Brioche vendéenne (plaited brioche) 08/20 : Eclairs and chouquettes 08/27 : Cookies (melted caramel, milk chocolate, toppings) SATURDAY PROGRAMME: 08/03 : Madeleines assortment (vanilla, dipped in chocolate, or lemon zest) 08/10 : Beignets Mascottes and "Merveilles" 08/17 : Individual birthday cake, fondant, decorations 08/24 : Brioche vendéenne (plaited brioche) 08/31 : Eclairs and chouquettes
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded with no possibility to reschedule. We will need a minimum of 2 participants to run the workshop.
