AUGUST 2025 August 24 : Madeleines assortment (vanilla, dipped in chocolate, or lemon zest) August 31 : Individual birthday cake, fondant, decoration SEPTEMBER 2025 September 7 : Eclairs and chouquettes (mini choux pastries) September 14 : Cupcakes September 21 : French meringues September 28 : Brioche vendéenne (plaited brioche)

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded with no possibility to reschedule. We will need a minimum of 2 participants to run the workshop.
